The NO$$A FILES page will contain information concerning the webmaster's experience with the website - www.nossaonline.org - and a person named 'Matthew S. Campisi' whom the webmaster was unfortunate enough to have had dealings with in the past. Perhaps the page should be entitled "The CAMPI$I FILE$' because much of the information that will be displayed involves someone named 'Matthew $. Campisi', a former foot soldier, security guard, airport policeman, building inspector, would-be entrepreneur and - incredibly - possibly a policeman once again. The webmaster's experience with this individual and his actions certainly warrants a warning to unwary short people who might be searching for a legitimate organization representing short people. Unless they meet the height requirements of LPA, their search at this moment in time will be a fruitless one.

NOSSA, Inc. was formed after the webmaster's complaints about the website - www.nossaonline.org - were made to two state agencies (one of them the New York State Attorney General's Office) in 2006. The webmaster's suspicions about Matthew S. Campisi were confirmed when United States Secretary of State's Jurisdiction searches at that time for 'National Organization of Short Statured Adults, Incorporated' found no evidence of their existence.
