One of the mainstays of American life is the idea of free speech and a free press. The webmaster believes in presenting as much information as possible about any and all topics connected either directly or indirectly to the subject of human height and discrimination and prejudice based on height, particularly and usually short height. Articles may be presented here that discuss some topic that peripherally touches on some other topic that may be connected to human height or some aspect of and therefore may be presented in whole or in part. The reader may not agree with the precepts or conclusions put forth by one or more articles. The purpose is to let the reader or listener (as in the case of broadcasts) to make up their own mind based on what they see and hear. As of this moment in time there is NOT a great deal of controversy connected to the subject of height, since most people believe that short is bad and tall is good and that is that. The webmaster believes that there should be more controversy and discussion about the topic as short people are victims every day everywhere. The webmaster draws on a wealth of personal experience for his aticles and broadcasts and attempts to be very candid in his presentation of the subject of heightism. Since heightism is a topic that few short people are consciously aware of , let alone angry about, the webmaster (in some cases) is virtually forced by necessity to discuss personal experiences of his since he is in the unenviable position (unlike members of different races, religions, nationalities, etc.) of having to explain what heightism is, AND then PROVE that it exists. This burden has probably not fallen upon other goups quite like this.
